Sorting the Portfolio

Both portfolio tables, Companies and Private persons, sort on the server, so the order covers your whole portfolio and not only the page you are looking at.

Sorting by a Column

Click a column header to sort by it. The first click sorts ascending, the second descending, and the third removes that column from the sort. A column that can be sorted shows an arrow next to its name.

Clicking another column adds it to the sort instead of replacing the first one. The column you added to the sort last decides the order first; the earlier columns break ties.

TableSortable columns
CompaniesCompany, Risk class, Next review, Status, Status modified, Assignees, Tags, Employees
Private personsName, Risk assessment, Status, Status modified, Assignees, Tags, Date added

Rows with no value in a sorted column, for example a person with no status or no risk assessment, always appear last.

Finding the Newest Customers

Two dates answer "who is new" in different ways:

  • Date added (private persons) is when the person was first created in Strise, by a user, an import or the Connect API. Changing the person's status does not change it.
  • Status modified is when the person's or company's status last changed, for example when an onboarding is completed and the status becomes Active.

To see the customers who most recently became Active, filter on the Active status and sort by Status modified, newest first. A person who was added some days ago and only became Active today then appears at the top, which sorting by Date added would not show.

Default Order

  • Companies are sorted by Status modified, newest first.
  • Private persons are sorted by Date added, newest first. Strise remembers the sort you choose for the private person table in your browser, so it is kept the next time you open the portfolio.
