What's new
A redesigned risk section on the Entity page
The entity's calculated risk, the factors behind it, and your team's own risk assessment now sit together at the top of the Entity page: one Calculated risk card with the total score, thresholds and every contributing factor; a redesigned score breakdown on hover, available everywhere the risk badge appears; consistent risk colours across the product; and a dedicated Risk assessment card for the risk class your team decides. Nothing changes in how risk is calculated.
Portfolio Health is now in BetaBeta
Portfolio Health moves from Alpha to Beta: numbers that match across the dashboard, side panel, list and export; private persons alongside companies with a Companies / Private persons / All toggle; a new risk-distribution overview comparing calculated risk with reviewer-set risk class; and click-through drilldowns into the entities behind every number.
Draft-mode preview for every alert type
PEP, Sanctions and Relation alert settings now carry the same draft-mode preview Company information got: each toggle shows how many alerts your active and your drafted settings would produce over the preview window, with an active-to-draft impact tile in the apply modal.
Company information alerts lead with the fields you subscribed to
An alert now opens with the fields your team asked to be alerted on and demotes the rest into a collapsed "Other data changes" section. Nothing is dropped -- an annual filing still carries revenue and share capital along -- and the split is point-in-time, so changing a toggle today cannot reshuffle a past alert.
Sanctions screening reaches names that keep their legal form
A sanction-list entry recorded with its legal form no longer misses the same company recorded without it. Screening queries both variants, making roughly 2,000 previously unreachable organization records screenable -- expect new hits, and new alerts, on the runs that follow.
Beneficial owners follow the chart's display threshold
A sub-threshold beneficial owner is folded into "Other shareholders" like any other small holder instead of drawing its own node. The grouped node carries a "Beneficial owners" banner with a count and a searchable list, and review PDFs are back to the 5% threshold, so the chart in the report matches the one signed off in the app.
AI assessment summary counts analyst-confirmed adverse media
Adverse-media hits an analyst marked as relevant now feed the assessment summary. Undispositioned and irrelevant-marked hits stay out, and the summary no longer reports open items on hits the match analysis already suggested were false. The calculated risk class is unaffected -- adverse media does not feed the score.
Inconclusive outcome on customer-facing forms
A completed form whose document verification comes back inconclusive no longer reports Success. The Inconclusive status carries the reason on the badge, in the form drawer and in email notifications, has its own Data Collection tab and portfolio filter, and is exposed on the Connect API and the form.status.changed webhook.
Ownership chart: subsidiary trees and per-edit reset
Person subsidiary trees replace the old fan-out view, beneficial owners with no ownership path are anchored to their originating company, and Reset is now a selection screen that undoes individual shareholder or beneficial-owner edits instead of wiping the whole chart. Completeness warnings match the server calculation exactly.
Portfolio Health v2 in BetaBeta
Portfolio Health and the underlying v2 risk-factor engine moved from Alpha to Beta. A Custom risk fields section shows distributions and counts per field, fields can be scoped to companies or private persons, and every card drills down to the entities behind it.
CSV upload for private-person portfolios
Private persons can be uploaded and exported by CSV the same way companies can, and both upload types can add the imported entities straight to monitoring.
Identity verification, rebuilt
The IDV card groups people into pending, failed and completed, requests can go to several people at once with links delivered by Signicat email, checks done outside Strise can be recorded manually, and a verification now follows a person across every company they appear in within a team.
Draft mode, redesigned
PEP, Sanctions, Geo & Structural and Monitoring settings share one Edit, Preview, Apply flow. Screening metrics show what the draft settings would add or remove before you commit, broken down by source, relation kind and match percentage, with drill-downs to the affected entities.
Self-serve webhooksAlpha
Team managers can create, edit and delete webhook subscriptions from team settings and send test events through the real delivery pipeline. Deliveries are raw event JSON with metadata in HTTP headers, and a new form.status.changed event fires whenever a form moves between statuses.
Annual financial statements on the Connect API
The Company resource returns annual financial statements -- period, currency, share capital, revenue and net income -- for both standalone and consolidated reports. Auditor remarks come through as readable text instead of disclaimer codes, and source metadata now separates when Strise last fetched from a registry from when the registry itself last updated the data.
Calculated Risk for every team
The Automated risk engine feature toggle is gone -- calculated risk is now the standard. Country, industry, legal-form, PEP, RCA and sanction scores name the entity in the network that contributed each match and how it relates to the screened company.
Financial change alerts on company information
Four new monitoring toggles -- share capital, revenue, net income, and auditor notes -- generate alerts when these values shift between annual filings. Coverage spans Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and UK (revenue and auditor notes), all opt-in.
SECO Swiss sanctions as a first-class source
Switzerland's State Secretariat for Economic Affairs consolidated list is now an independent screening source, enabled by default alongside EU, OFAC, UK, and UN -- no longer routed through the Dow Jones group.
Portfolio Risk AssessmentEarly access
A new section in Portfolio Health showing the risk-class distribution across the portfolio, with reviewer-set risk levels overlaid on calculated risk. Companies / Private persons / All toggle filters the view across the page.
Per-alert-type email routing
PEP, Sanctions, Relation, and Company Information alert notifications can now be routed to a shared team-wide email address instead of (or in addition to) individual users -- useful for shared mailboxes and ticketing integrations.
Smarter, more forgiving search
Search now tolerates typos, diacritics, and casing, strips common-noun stopwords, and routes identifier-shaped queries straight to the identifier index. Country filters can be deselected, and the search timeout has been raised to 20 seconds.
The platform, reframed: SuperData, RiskLense, Compliance Memory
Strise is the AI platform European fincrime teams run on. Three layers -- data and entity resolution, risk and regulatory context, and compliance memory -- underpin every module, API, and agent.
Portfolio HealthEarly access
The Home page view that surfaces which entities in your portfolio contribute the most to each risk factor, with automatic cross-referencing across categories.
Monitoring V2: relations, private persons, per-team settings
Relation alerts for role, ownership, and beneficial-owner changes. Daily screening for private persons. Alert rules configurable per team instead of globally.
Risk Flag SettingsBeta
Control which risk flags contribute to the Calculated Risk score, per country and per severity threshold. Tune false-positive volume without losing the underlying signal.
Orbis Delegated AccessBeta
Bring your own Bureau van Dijk Orbis contract. Search and enrichment route through your license while staying inside Strise.
PEP & Sanctions Screening v3
Reworked fuzzy matching with per-term similarity, subset logic, and weighted arithmetic scoring. Hard caps of 10 (PEP) and 250 (Sanctions) removed.
Monitoring V1 — unified alert space
A single space for every alert across your portfolio, with audit trails, assignment, and in-place resolution.
