Financials
The Financials section on a company's entity page shows the figures Strise holds from that country's official accounts, five years at a time, alongside a link to the company's own filed annual report.
The section appears for every national company. Global companies carry no financial statements of their own, so it is hidden for them.
The annual report, including the notes
The table holds structured figures — income statement, balance sheet, cash flow. It does not reproduce the notes to the accounts (noter), the accounting policies or the directors' report, because those are prose rather than figures.
For Norwegian companies, the filed annual report itself is one click away: each year's column header carries a download icon that opens that year's official PDF from Brønnøysundregistrenes Regnskapsregisteret. That document is the complete filing — notes included.
This is the answer to "can I get the annual accounts with the notes": yes, per year, from the year's column header. No ordering step and no separate module.
Other countries have no equivalent link today. Strise holds their figures, not their filed documents.
What the table shows
Figures are displayed in thousands, in the statement's own reporting currency. Sections differ by country because national accounting formats differ:
| Country | Sections |
|---|---|
| 🇳🇴 Norway, 🇸🇪 Sweden, 🇩🇰 Denmark | Income statement · Assets · Liabilities and equity · Cash flow analysis |
| 🇫🇮 Finland | Income statement · Assets · Liabilities and equity |
| 🇬🇧 UK | Profit and loss · Balance sheet · Capital and reserves |
| 🇫🇷 France | Assets · Liabilities and equity · Results |
Sources and history depth per country are listed under Data sources. Norway comes from Proff, Sweden and the UK from Creditsafe, Denmark from CVR and Finland from Asiakastieto — five years in each case.
Copy financials copies the active section's rows and years to the clipboard, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.
Consolidated versus standalone
When a company reports consolidated group accounts, a Show consolidated numbers switch appears above the table. On, the figures are the group's; off, they are the company alone.
This is the usual reason a figure in Strise differs from the one a reader expects: they are comparing a consolidated number against a standalone one, or the reverse.
Auditor notes
A flag icon beside a year means the auditor recorded a remark on that year's accounts. Hovering it shows the remarks, plus any auditor comment and clarification.
These are the auditor's own qualifications — for example that the accounts were not prepared to the requirements of law and regulation, that there is material uncertainty about going concern, or that share capital has been lost. They are not the notes to the accounts; for those, use the annual report link above.
Auditor notes are also available as a monitoring alert, so a new qualification can reach the team without anyone opening the entity. See Monitoring alert settings.
Compare
Where key figures are available, a Compare tab puts the company's latest year against its peers on ratios grouped as Income, Solidity, Effectivity, Change last year and Change last three years.
