Folkeregister access w/ Strise

Step 1: Identify the right package in Freg

When applying for access to Folkeregisteret you need to choose which package you want access to. More information about each package is available here.

If the customer already accesses Freg through some other tool they probably know which package is applicable. If not, Skatteetaten has a guide at https://www.skatteetaten.no/deling/tilgang/folkeregisteret/rettighetspakker/

Step 2: Have the necessary rights in Altinn to apply

The account sending in the application needs to be either:

  1. Daglig leder/Administrerende direktor, or
  2. Have (or be granted) the role of “Begrenset signeringsrettighet”

Step 3: Apply for access to the National Population Register (Freg)

Open the application in Altinn  and fill out the form with the requested information and desired access package.

Step 4: Answer from Altinn and delegation to Strise

When you receive confirmation through Altinn that you have been granted access to Freg, reach out to Strise as soon as possible. Then begin the process of delegating the Freg-rights to Strise as an entity. This process is described in detail at Altinn documentation .
