Data Collection

The Data collection page is a team-wide view of everything you’ve asked your customers to provide — every identity verification and every customer-facing form, across your whole portfolio, in one place. Instead of opening entities one by one, you can see what’s outstanding, what’s complete, and what needs attention from a single screen.

Where to find it

Open Data collection from the left-hand navigation. The page appears for teams that have the Identity Verification module, the Forms module, or both enabled. If neither is enabled, the menu item is hidden.

Tabs

When both modules are enabled, the page has two tabs:

  • Identity verification — all IDV processes for your team.
  • Forms — all forms your team has sent.

If only one module is enabled, that view is shown on its own without a tab bar.

Both tabs share the same controls:

  • Status filterAll, Pending, Completed, Failed.
  • SearchFilter by person on the Identity verification tab, or Filter by entity on the Forms tab, to narrow to a single subject.
  • Summary line — a running count above the list, for example the total number of verifications alongside how many are verified, pending, and failed.

The page refreshes on its own while items are still in progress, so the list stays current.

Identity verification tab

Each row shows the person being verified (a link to their profile), the verification method and date once complete, and a status badgePending, Pending approval, Request expired, Failed, Declined, or Verified.

From a row you can act without leaving the page:

  • Copy verification link for a pending request.
  • Regenerate & copy link when a link has expired.
  • Request new verification for a failed or declined person.
  • Withdraw request when it’s no longer needed.

Click a completed, pending-approval, or declined row to open its details drawer, where you can review the captured identity, compare mismatched values, and approve or decline. See Identity Verification for the full workflow.

Forms tab

Forms are grouped by entity. Each row shows the form template name, the date it was sent or completed, and a status badgePending, In progress, Completed, Inconclusive, Failed, or Cancelled.

From a row you can:

  • Copy link to share a pending form’s secure link.
  • Cancel a form that’s no longer needed.

Click a completed or inconclusive row to open its details drawer, review the submitted files, and — for companies — compare the response against the data Strise holds. See Customer Facing Forms for the full workflow.
