IDV Module
The IDV (Identity Verification) Module provides complete identity verification for UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners), board members, and other stakeholders associated with your customers.
The IDV overview is accessible from the Data collection page in the main navigation — the same page that hosts the team-wide Customer Facing Forms overview when both modules are enabled.
How It Works
Identity verification can be performed directly within the Strise platform as part of the review process. Verification requests are sent to the relevant individuals, who complete the process through a secure digital flow.

Integration Options
Strise offers two approaches to identity verification:
- Strise Partner — Use Strise’s integrated identity verification partner (Signicat IDV ) for a seamless, out-of-the-box experience
- Bring Your Own Provider — Connect your existing identity verification provider to Strise, maintaining your current vendor relationship while benefiting from the integrated workflow
Security and Compliance
When verification is performed through the Strise Partner option, the underlying provider is Signicat. Signicat maintains independently audited security and compliance posture, including:
- ISO/IEC 27001, 27018, and 27701 — information security, cloud personal-data protection, and privacy management.
- SOC 2 Type 2 — AICPA attestation covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
- eIDAS Qualified Trust Service Provider in multiple jurisdictions, with high-assurance eID module certification.
- GDPR — acts as data processor; Data Processing Agreements available on request.
- Hosting — services run on Google Cloud across redundant availability zones.
