Monitoring Module
The Monitoring Module keeps due diligence continuous: every company in your portfolio (and the private persons you select) is screened automatically, and your team is alerted when something risk-relevant changes — event-driven, perpetual KYC/KYB instead of periodic snapshots.
Capabilities
Event-Based Alerts, Four Categories
When a monitoring run detects a change, your team gets an alert with the before → after values:
- PEP — new, changed, or removed politically-exposed-person matches
- Sanctions — new, changed, or removed sanctions-list matches
- Relations — changes in roles, owners, ownership, and beneficial owners
- Company Information — registry data, financial figures, lifecycle status (bankruptcy proceedings, mergers, dissolution), and court cases
How the system works end to end: The Monitoring System. The day-to-day workflow: Working with Monitoring Alerts.
Configurable to Your Risk Appetite
Every alert category has per-team configuration — thresholds, role exclusions, granularity, and email delivery — documented in Monitoring Alerts Settings. Screening strictness itself is tuned in PEP and Sanctions settings.
Review Integration
Alerts connect to the review workflow: send an entity to Review directly from an alert, disposition PEP/sanctions hits in place, and keep an audit trail of who resolved what and when. Automatic review triggers on monitoring events are covered under Review Triggers.
Portfolio Risk Overview
Portfolio Health gives a consolidated view of risk and review status across your whole portfolio, built on the same monitored data — see Portfolio Health (currently in beta).
API Parity
Everything monitoring produces is consumable programmatically — list alerts, fetch the underlying change, resolve — via the Connect API.
