Portfolio Health

Beta

Portfolio Health is in beta and bundled with the Monitoring module. Talk to your CSM if you’d like it enabled.

Portfolio Health gives compliance teams a portfolio-level view of their risk exposure. It surfaces which entities in your portfolio contribute the most to each risk category, highlights entities that appear in more than one category at once, and shows the overall risk distribution across the portfolio.

What It Shows

Portfolio Health breaks your portfolio down by risk factor. For each category, it shows the top entities ranked by the number of matching hits or flags:

  • Sanctions — Entities in your portfolio with direct or relation-based sanctions hits.
  • PEPs and RCAs — Entities with politically exposed persons in their ownership or leadership, or their close associates.
  • High-risk countries — Entities connected to countries flagged by your team’s risk configuration.
  • High-risk industries — Entities operating in industries your team has scored as elevated risk.
  • High-risk legal forms — Entities registered under legal forms your team has scored as elevated risk.
  • Custom risk fields — Any team-defined custom risk fields contributing to calculated risk.

Portfolio Risk Assessment

The Portfolio Risk Assessment section shows the distribution of calculated-risk levels across the portfolio — how many entities sit in each risk class, and how that distribution shifts when reviewer-set risk levels are overlaid on top of calculated risk. Reviewer-set values take precedence in the overlay, so the chart reflects the risk picture your team has actively decided to act on.

A Companies / Private persons / All toggle filters the view to the entity type you want to assess. The toggle is preserved across the other sections of the page, so you can drill into a specific population without re-selecting it everywhere.

Cross-Referenced Entities

Entities that appear in multiple risk categories are highlighted separately. A company showing up as high-risk industry AND having multiple PEPs in its ownership is a higher priority for review than one that appears in just one category. Portfolio Health computes this cross-reference automatically and ranks entities by the number of overlapping factors.

Where to Find It

Portfolio Health is delivered through the Strise Copilot. Ask:

  • show portfolio health or ph to open the summary card.
  • Natural questions such as “Which entity has the most PEPs?” or “How many of our companies have sanctions hits?” to get a direct answer without opening the card.

Requirements

  • Calculated Risk must be enabled for your team (the Automated Risk Engine).
  • Your team must have at least one entity in its portfolio.
  • Feature access is gated — contact your CSM if you don’t see the Copilot shortcut.
