The Forms Module enables customer-facing forms powered by Signicat, allowing you to collect and verify entity information directly from your customers.

White-Labeled Forms

Forms are white-labeled to match your organization’s branding, providing a seamless experience for your customers when they are asked to verify or correct information.

Pre-Filled with Strise Data

Forms are automatically pre-filled with data from the Strise Knowledge Graph, reducing friction for your customers. They only need to verify that the information is correct or update fields where discrepancies exist.

Comparison View

When a customer submits a form, a comparison view highlights the differences between the pre-filled Strise data and the customer’s responses. This makes it easy for reviewers to identify and act on discrepancies.
