AI Features

Beta

Several features on this page are still in Alpha or Beta — see the per-feature badges below.

Strise bundles several AI-powered features that sit on top of the Knowledge Graph and the data you already have access to. They’re designed to compress the time between opening a review and having a well-reasoned compliance decision.

All AI features are opt-in. Reach out to your CSM to enable any of them for your team.

Review AI Summary

BetaGenerally available V1; a richer V2 is in internal testing.

Review AI Summary generates a concise, plain-language write-up of an entity’s risk profile at the point of review. Instead of manually reading through every screening hit, ownership change, and flag, a reviewer sees a one-paragraph summary that cites the underlying signals.

What It Covers

  • Business purpose and principal activities, pulled from the Knowledge Graph’s summary fields.
  • Ownership and beneficial-owner structure, including any unusual signals (circular ownership, cross-border chains, missing beneficial owners).
  • PEP and sanctions screening results, with context on the matched role or list.
  • Adverse media highlights, synthesized across the latest articles in the team’s configured search window.
  • Calculated Risk breakdown, translated into prose.

Where It Appears

  • Inside the review, as the first card the reviewer sees.
  • Optionally in the Review PDF if your team has opted in.

Version Notes

A V2 of the AI Summary is in staged rollout with richer reasoning and citations. It is currently internal-only while the team compares output quality — reach out to your CSM if you want early access.

Strise Copilot

Alpha

Early development. Answers may be occasionally inaccurate — verify high-stakes decisions against the entity page.

Strise Copilot is an in-app chat assistant. It’s anchored to the entity you have open and has read access to the same data the entity page has — portfolio, relationships, monitoring alerts, screening hits. You can ask it natural-language questions and it answers from your team’s data.

What You Can Ask

  • “What’s the most sanctioned entity in my portfolio?”
  • “Which of our customers have PEPs on the board?”
  • “Show me the ownership chain for this company.”
  • “Has anything changed on this entity in the last 30 days?”

Capabilities

Copilot can both answer directly and trigger actions in the app:

  • Answers. Read-only responses that synthesize data from the Knowledge Graph, monitoring, and your team’s portfolio.
  • Panels. Shorthand commands — for example ph opens the Portfolio Health panel — that surface curated views faster than clicking through.
  • Attribution. Copilot grounds answers in the data you have access to. If you cannot see a customer’s entity, Copilot cannot include it in its answer either.

Current Limitations

Copilot is in early access (Alpha). Expect:

  • Occasional inaccuracies on complex multi-step questions — verify high-stakes answers against the entity page.
  • Limited memory across conversations. Each session starts fresh.
  • Rate limits during peak load.
Alpha

Being rolled out to selected teams on top of the standard Opoint-based AMS search.

AMS AI Search is an optional layer on top of Adverse Media Screening. Instead of purely keyword-based matching, the AI layer searches broader news sources (including Google News), ranks articles for relevance to AML-specific topics, and filters out articles that are only tangentially related.

Search parameters for AMS AI — languages, date range, keywords — are configured separately from the classic Opoint-based AMS search so teams can tune them independently. See AMS Settings for configuration.

Remediation Agent

Coming Soon

Currently available to Strise internal users only; customer rollout planned once accuracy is benchmarked.

The Remediation Agent automates alert triage by proposing dispositions for PEP and sanctions alerts based on the underlying evidence.

Data Handling

All AI features run within Strise’s existing data boundaries:

  • No customer data is sent to third-party model providers outside Strise’s negotiated contracts.
  • Results are never shared across tenants.
  • The same GDPR and SOC 2 controls that cover the rest of the platform apply here. See Compliance in Strise for details.
